Patrolling is a person physically visiting a site to specifically check on the premises.
Responding is a person physically visiting a site following an alarm activation or instruction to attend.
Patrolling and responding both involve checking a premise to ensure that it is secure. This is mainly during times of inactivity and non-occupation and often at night time.
The patrol is designed to occur randomly and at a set number of times during night-time or daytime as instructed. The random nature of this mobile patrol reduces the possibility of the patrolling guard being timed by anyone aiming to invade the site.
We believe the key to patrolling and responding is communication with the client. Hawk Eyes Security makes sure to contact the client every time an incident occurs or to regularly ensure their premises are confidently being cared for as instructed.
Regular communications may involve GPS tracking systems, online reporting systems, and manual reporting.
To be a fully operational mobile patrol, we operate eco-friendly vehicles fully equipped with Lo-jacked tracking devices ensuring our control and command staff are aware of the movements of each and every one of our guards, day and night. This offers reassurance to the client and allows them to see when, where and by whom their premise is being patrolled by at any time.
Our patrol staff are highly trained senior security staff members with the ability to ensure all situations and alarm responses are handled well with the client’s needs catered for first and foremost.
Hawk Eyes Security’s mobile patrol staff have constant support from our command center and are in continual communication with other security staff during each patrol to ensure that support is available if needed should a threat or breach of security be detected.
Patrols can be set to your schedule and customised to suit all requirements, to ensure your premises, your product, and your people are secure.
